Rebels can win, says Russia
MOSCOW acknowledged Thursday that the Syrian regime, the old allies, the conflict with the Arab and Western-backed rebels, 21 months in a conflict that has claimed thousands of lives lost.
United States welcomes the clear shift in the position of Russia, said it seemed Moscow was "finally waking up to the fact" that the system was on its way out.
