400 year old church is destroy by fire in Bicol
A fire believed caused by an electrical overload destroyed a 400-year old church in Camarines Norte province before dawn Wednesday.
The fire destroyed San Pedro Apostol Church in Vinzons town, according to a report from radio dzBB Bicol affiliate programs.
Pastor Fr. Francisco Regala Jr. said the fire was between 1 and 2 hours, adding they could not church historical artifacts store.
A preliminary investigation showed the fire started in the monastery library and spread to other parts of the church.
