Kazakhstan military plane crash and 27 death
A Kazakhstan military plane crashed near the southern city killed 27 people, mostly border guards.
The Central Asian country for the National Security Committee said the An-72 crashed Tuesday at 07:55 ET about 12 miles away from the city of Shymkent near the border with Uzbekistan.
