Five police killed by America's allies and rogue Afghan attack
An Afghan policeman has killed an American citizen assistant at police headquarters in Kabul. It is assumed that the first insider attack by a woman. She is now in custody. In another incident, killed at least five local police with another officer in northern Afghanistan.
There is an increase of incidents where Afghan security forces members killed or foreign personnel or their colleagues.
In the attack Monday in Kabul, said Afghan officials the 33-year-old officer, which they called only as Nargis, arrived at the headquarters in search of the police, the governor of Kabul or the head of the criminal police.
Afghan officials said the woman was married to an officer in the investigation and has three children.
She graduated from National Police Academy six years ago with the rank of sergeant, they said.
Researchers should check the links to the Taliban or al-Qaeda.
