Charlie Sheen donates $75,000 for cancer patient
Actor Charlie Sheen showed his generous side by donating $ 75,000 for a 10-year-old girl suffering from cancer.
Sheen, 47, talked to a Hermosa Beach police officer here, when he learned that the officer's daughter Jasmine suffers Childhood rhabdomyosarcoma (CR), reports tmz.com.
The actor, who is the father of five children said to the officer: "No parent should have to see their child go through it."
Hermosa Beach Police Association, which started a fund for Jasmine received a check for 75,000 from the actor next day. CR is a nasty form of cancer that occurs in muscle tissue and requires more than a year of expensive medical treatments like chemotherapy and radiation.
Sheen's stunt double Eddie Braun contributed $ 25,000.
